Ricky was outstanding! On time, he took time to diagnosis the problem, and made sure everything was working properly. Friendly and super professional. He took the time to explain the issue and took steps to make sure it would not happen again. Brian (the owner) set up this Sunday appt for us as an emergency and we are very happy with the results and with his company. We have used Farmington Valley for many years and never hesitate to recommend them. A great experience.

Called this morning with a leaky pipe in basement and Ann at the front desk was quick to get me the help I needed and was super helpful. They were quick, efficient, explained things to a novice like myself and were very friendly. Price was good as well. Happy to have chosen them again to help me when I needed it.

I called Farmington Valley Plumbing with several jobs I needed it done. They were able to come out the next day to give me some quotes, which were very reasonable and were accepted. They were able to complete all the work I needed done in a matter of hours. Their technician Nolan was very professional and courteous, respectful of my home and kept me informed throughout the work being performed. When the jobs were done, this homeowner was a very camper 😊

Scott did a thorough job review and estimate before the project was awarded, and he and Wayne came back out and did everything exactly to plan at the quoted price. Both very friendly guys and a pleasure to have in our home. Pricing was fair: not the cheapest, but also not nearly the most expensive bid we received. Overall experience was very positive.

The technician did an excellent job removing the dead disposal and restoring the sink. He was neat and cleaned up when finished. He checked the water heater and said the element was still good and did not need to be replaced. He replaced a section of piping that was leaking and checked the shower upstairs. Dan gave my daughter tips to get the best out of the shower and suggested improvements that could be made. We were very pleased with the work that was performed and with the speedy response to our original request.
